2008 Course Schedule

The 2008 course schedule is now available. To access the listing of classes, simply click on the “Course Schedule” button to the left.

The 2008 Course Schedule & Informational Catalogs were mailed on November 9, 2007 to all people who have taken an IPAI class in the last four years. If you did not receive a catalog and would like one, call or e-mail the IPAI office.

New Courses

One new course has been scheduled for 2008; “The Economics of Markets”. This course is a Level 1 – Administration course and is available as an examination or a seminar.

Two additional courses are in the approval process; “Farmland Assessments” and “Condominiums”. If these courses are approved by early 2008, they will be added to the 2008 schedule. Visit the “Course Schedule” section of this site to determine if these courses have been added.

Additional Mailing

IPAI plans on mailing additional course offering information early in 2008. This information will include any course additions or cancellations.

Book your hotel room

Remember to book your hotel rooms as soon as you register for a course. For all conferences, a group block has been established. A limited number of rooms are available at the group block rate. To be eligible for that rate, you must reserve your room prior to the expiration of the group block which is generally 30 days prior to the beginning of the conference.

Certified Illinois Assessing Officers Luncheon, Tuesday, April 1st, Prairie Room, Mezzanine Level, 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
